About Critical Thinking Liberia

WE-CARE Foundation, Inc. has a Board of five members that meet bi-monthly. The Board is headed by a Chairman who presides over the meetings. The Executive Director is the Board Secretary and each of the other members brings to the organization his or her expertise.

At the bi-monthly board meeting, feedbacks are given on the activities and operations of the organization. A two-day meeting is held once a year to review programs and map the way forward.

The Executive Director is directly accountable to the Board. All activities of the organization are reported to the Board by him. He and the Board Chairman are signatories to WE-CARE accounts.
